Ordering Information

Once you have selected your design, you can fill out our online order form, where you can customize ink color, paper choice, materials and wording. Within 1 business day you will receive an email with a $50.00 deposit payment link. 2-3 business days after your deposit is processed, you will receive a digital proof for your review. The proof and up to 3 sets of revisions are complimentary; any additional changes will be charged $10 per set. Once you approve your design, you will receive an email with a checkout link for the balance of your order.
Please review the digital proof of your custom baby shower or wedding invitations carefully for accuracy before approving. Everlasting Invites is not responsible for errors in spelling, grammar, and/or mistakes overlooked by the client during the proofing process.

Production / Turnaround Time
Flat Invitations: 2-3 weeks for production after the client approval.
Pocketfold / Assembled Invitations: 4-6 weeks for production after the client approval.

Payment
Everlasting Invites accepts payments via PayPal or money order (US funds only).

Everlasting Invites is committed to ensuring your privacy. We do not under any circumstances share or sell names or any other information about our online visitors. We are very committed to the security of your information.

International Shipping (Outside the US)
We do offer international shipping for our clients who live outside the United States; however, you may be charged customs fees for purchases entering your country from the US. Everlasting Invites is not responsible for delays caused by customs or extra fees cause incurred through VAT, taxes, or customs assessments.

Shipping / Rates
All invitation orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All invitation samples are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, including international mail. Domestic shipping on sample orders is also free.

Returns
Because your baby shower and wedding invitations are designed and created specially for you, all of our sales are final once you have approved the digital proof. No refunds will be given.
It is imperative that you review the digital proof carefully for accuracy before approving. A $50 design and processing fee is charged for any orders cancelled before proof approval.
